(i) Other fee and charges (as applicable) will have to be paid as per table given at Sr. No. 5.1. in the prospectus.
(ii) Bank collection charges of Rs. 700/- will be charged extra if the bank draft is not payable at any branch of a scheduled bank in Ludhiana.
(iii) Other charges as applicable, shall be charged in Indian currency.
iv) The selected candidates must deposit their fee immediately after counselling/interview failing which the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate on merit list.
v) NRI/OCI candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a recognized Indian board/university will have to pay ‘verification of certificates’ charges.

Note: The fee can also be paid in equivalent Indian rupees in the form of bank draft issued from the NRE/OCI bank account of the candidate/parent/spouse maintained in India. In this case, the candidate is required to submit a certificate from the bank that the draft has been issued against the candidate/parent/spouse NRE/OCI bank account along with a currency equivalence certificate.

It must be ensured that the university receives the full designated amount as applicable for each purpose. Bank and Exchange charges, GST, etc., if any, will be borne by the remitter/applicant.
Give sufficient details about the student in the remittance form, e.g. Student name, Father’s name, Admission number and Purpose (admission/tuition fee, etc.).
Application Fee will not be refunded in any circumstance.
Advance “Online Payment” made towards Admission Fee, if any, will be refunded to the remitter in case the candidate fails to get admission. The amount (INR) received in the university account will be refunded/ repatriated as per exchange rate and Bank fee, etc. as applicable on the date of refund/repatriation.

The University reserves the right to enhance the fees, charges, funds, etc. at any time. An Annual incremental increase of 10% in the fee structure shall be applicable to the constituent and affiliated colleges of the university, excluding tuition fee of Self-financed/Category-II seats of constituent colleges and Management/Special Management quota seats of affiliated private college. However, there will be no increase in tuition fee for the students of M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with specialization in Animal Biotechnology under DBT-Postgraduate teaching programme admitted through GAT-B.
In case of hosteller students, the electricity bills received in excess of the electricity fund collections, shall be proportionately charged from the residents of the respective hostels.
The securities not claimed for three semesters succeeding the semester in which the student leaves the college either by completing a particular degree programme or dropouts/otherwise, shall be forfeited. In case of interns, claims for refund of hostel security shall be entertained after the completion of the internship programme.
All claims for refund of hostel security shall be entertained through the concerned college.
Hostel accommodation shall be provided subject to availability only.
