  • Study the effect nematophagous fungus on trematodes and nematodes infection
  • Epidemiological mapping of haemoprotozoan infection by molecular, serological and conventional methods
  • Modulation of stromal keratitis and angiogenesis caused by Herpes simplex virus-1 by the alteration of cellular metabolism
  • Immunological work related to T cell, neutrophils, macrophages, NK cells on various mouse model such as RAG-/-, C57BL/6J, Balb-c etc
