• Molecular epidemiology and mass spectrometry based characterization of infectious agents with special emphasis on bacterial abortifacients and zoonotic spillovers.
• Expression profiling of immune cells including the cytokine related genes.
• Designing of efficient diagnostic aids and mitigation strategies including vaccines for the various bacterial, fungal and viral diseases.
