• 35 years experience of Undergraduate and Post-graduate teaching at DGCN College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, CSKHPKV, Palampur, besides Advisor of more than 30 undergraduate Students. Guided three students for Masters’ programme. Member Advisory Committee of Postgraduate students of University. Also worked as Class In charge for First Professional Students of B.V.Sc & A.H.  and as Controller of Examination for 5 years.
• Administrative experience for management of academic, research and extension activities of the Dr. G C Negi College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, CSKHPKV, Palampur, besides student management, conduct of examinations and other administrative responsibilities assigned by university administration from time to time. Previously at Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna as Director Research, established Livestock farms and also got transferred & refurbished Poultry farm at Patna. New Research Projects were initiated, including one Collaborative Internation project with University of Melbourne, Australia.
