Cadet Bhavesh Kaundal from 1PB Remount & Veterinary SQN NCC, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana cleared Services Selection Board and has been selected to join Remount and Veterinary corps of Indian Army. He will be commissioned as Captain. Bhavesh passed out Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree from College of Veterinary Science in 2023. He was serving as a Veterinary Surgeon in one of the NGO in Uttarakhand. He got recommended from 18 SSB Prayagraj for services in this esteemed Corps. He would be undergoing Basic Military Training from RVC centre and college Meerut. Bhavesh has been very fervent cadet during his NCC training. The selection into RVC is highly competitive and recognizes excellence in leadership, discipline vis-a-vis the knowledge attained in the veterinary sciences. His achievement marks a proud moment for the University and its faculty. The university administration, faculty and entire NCC staff have extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Bhavesh for a successful career in Indian Army and serving the Nation.
