The serene recitation of Gurbani created an atmosphere of peace, gratitude, and spiritual grounding for students and faculty alike. Students from all streams—veterinary sciences, dairy sciences, food sciences, fisheries, and biotechnology—participated in the Path, followed by Ardaas for their well-being, success, and righteous progress. Dr. J. P. S. Gill, Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of such spiritual gatherings in nurturing value-based education and holistic student development. The university officers Dr. Parkash Singh Brar, Dr. R. S. Grewal, Dr. S. S. Randhawa, Dr. M. D. Ansal, Dr. S. K. Uppal, and Dr. Opinder Singh also expressed their appreciation. S. Brijinder Singh, Chief Organiser, Central Unit of Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle, expressed his satisfaction and pride in this unit’s grassroots work, carried out in the true spirit of Sikh principles.
Volunteers of the Study Circle were praised for consistently organising programmes that inculcate moral values and guide students toward successful lives. Notably, the unit has also initiated several social service activities including regular blood donation camps, financial aid for the needy, motivational lectures, langar sewa during student counselling, annual cloth drives, and free anti-rabies vaccines, among many other welfare initiatives.
