
College of Dairy and Food Science Technology (CDFST), Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal
Sciences University, Ludhiana, has once again demonstrated its academic excellence by securing the placement of two of its graduates with India's leading dairy cooperative, AMUL.
As part of its campus recruitment drive, the AMUL recruitment team conducted a written examination to shortlist eligible B. Tech. (Dairy Technology) candidates, followed by personal interviews. After a rigorous selection process, Sachin and Parminder Kumar were selected for the position of Territory Sales In-Charge–I, bringing pride and recognition to the University. The selected candidates have been offered an attractive annual compensation package of approximately 10.50 lakh.
Congratulating the selected candidates, Dr. J. P. S. Gill, Vice-Chancellor, stated that the University is committed to providing quality education through state-of-the-art teaching, research, and practical training facilities. 
Dr. S. P. S. Ghuman, Dean CDFST, described the achievement as a matter of immense pride and informed that several reputed national and multinational companies regularly visit the campus to recruit talented graduates, reflecting the confidence of the industry in the quality of education imparted by the College.
