
The Vety and Livestock Innovation and Incubation Foundation (VLIIF), section 8 company of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and
Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana, has signed an incubation agreement with Prodense Technologies Private Limited, marking another significant step towards bringing academic research and market ready innovation with shared mission to AI powered technology for pet health and longevity.
Dr JPS Gill, Vice Chancellor congratulated the Prodense on being associated with VLIIF and said that the induction of Prodense Technologies Private Limited into the VLIIF incubation programme reflects the University's unwavering commitment to promoting innovation-led entrepreneurship and nurturing technology-driven enterprises. Through initiatives such as VLIIF is fostering an ecosystem that empowers startups to develop impactful solutions, contribute to sustainable economic growth, and address emerging societal and industrial challenges. 
Dr. R. S. Sethi, Dean, College of Animal Biotechnology and Director, VLIIF, informed that Prodense Technologies is Advanced AI Driven Innovation in Animal Health, Longevity and Integrated Crop Tech. The incubation agreement will provide Prodense Technologies with access to VLIIF's comprehensive support ecosystem, including expert mentoring, business development guidance, networking opportunities, technical assistance, infrastructure support, and connections with investors and industry stakeholders. This collaboration also generates employment opportunities for the veterinarians. Mr Gurpreet Singh, Director, Prodense signed the agreement on behalf of his startup in the presence of Ms Iqbalpreet Kaur, CEO, VLIIF.
Dr. R. S. Grewal, Director of Extension Education and Director VLIIF said that this partnership will foster innovation-driven solutions capable of addressing real-world challenges while creating value for all the stakeholders. It also reflects VLIIF's continued commitment to nurturing promising startups through its Department of Science and Technology (DST)-supported incubation initiatives."
