Established under the visionary legacy of Late Shri Ratan Tata, Tata Trust Small Animal Hospital is one of India's most advanced companion animal healthcare facilities, equipped with world-class infrastructure and internationally benchmarked training programmes, including collaborations with the Royal Veterinary College, London.
During his visit, Dr. Randhir Singh delivered comprehensive lectures on renal failure, emphasizing evidence-based approaches for diagnosis, decision-making, and therapy. He also conducted specialized sessions on veterinary hemodialysis, covering patient selection, vascular access, circuit design, machine operation, prescription, adequacy assessment, dose calculations, anticoagulation, and complications management.

ital's veterinarians gained practical experience in operating the dialysis platform, assembling extracorporeal circuits, priming procedures and troubleshooting. Under his guidance, the hospital successfully commissioned its dialysis unit, paving the way for the launch of advanced renal replacement therapy services for pets.
Dr. Randhir Singh's expertise has been instrumental in developing dialysis services and training veterinary teams at different national institutes.
