Quotations are invited from the experienced, technically and financially sound manufacturer/ distributor/dealers/stockiest for the supply Blood Fluid Warmer as per the following Terms & Conditions i.e. Sale Tax/VAT/CST, GST, FOR, etc.

      Technical Specifications

The unit should be a high-performance, microprocessor controlled device for warming infusion and transfusion to prevent intra - and postoperative hypothermia. It should be suitable for both blood and infusible fluids with the following features.

1. Type of designation: IV tubing is completely wrapped in flexible electric warming profile and actively heated, no exposed distance to lose the heat and the temperature is maintained up to patient.
2. No special dispasable required, device is compatible to wide range of IV tubing up to 14.5mm O.D.
3. High sensitive press button to avoid touching other keys by mistake
4. Overheat protection and automatic cut off at 42°C and 43±2°C
5. Visual and acourstic Alarm for high temp/low temp/ fault situation
6. Facilitated with universal mounting clamp
7. Easy and quick to set up and maintenance, user friendly interface for operating
8. Warming up time less than 2 minutes
9. Designed clips are accessoried to avoid the pull force to the injection position caused by the weight of the warming profile
10. Meets AABB standards for warming of blood and blood products
11. EU Free Sales Certificate
12. CE and ISO Certificates
13. The warranty on manufacturing defect must be more than 2 years.

The technical and financial quotations separately in the name of "Head, Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary Sciences, University, Ludhiana" should reach by post or by hand on or before 10.10.2022 till 10:00 am at following address:

Department of Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, College of Veterinary Science, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary Sciences University, Ferozpur Road Ludhiana Quotations will be opened on 10.10.2022 at 11:00am in presence of committee.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid GST number and HSN code of product must be mentioned on quotation (if applicable).
2. The rates of the items must be quoted with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes and charges including insurance, custom duty against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate, clearance and transport charges etc.
3. Supplier will be responsible for clearing the item from the custom department and deliver the same to the University if applicable.
4. Must attach valid authorization certificate.
5. Rates quoted must be valid upto 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
6. The University is exempted from the payment of excise duty/custom duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing ED/CD Exemption Certificate.
7. Incomplete quotations, without brand name or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
8. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.
9. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
10. Delivery period of the items must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.
11. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
12. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
13. Above mentioned Quantities are tentative and can be increased/ decreased to any extent or can be totally omitted according to sanctioned amount & the firm will have no claim on this account.
14. If the date of opening of quotations is declared as Public Holiday then the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The terms & conditions will remain the same.
15. The standing committee will open quotation of only those firms whose quotation is found to be in order.
16. On the basis of performance of the distributors/firms/agencies, (i.e. quality of material supply, timely delivery of material etc.) the standing committee reserves the rights to reject any or all quotations.
17. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.
18. Any detail regarding the item/material can be obtained from office of the "Head, Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, GADVASU, Ludhiana".
