Due to some administrative reasons the last date of receipt of quotations for the purchase of ‘Polyfilm (three metric tome)’ has been extended upto 24/04/2020 (12:00 pm), the quotations will be opened same day at 3:00 pm. The other terms and conditions will remain same.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The rates of the item must be quoted strictly according to the full specification as per requirement along with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes and charges including insurance etc.
2. Supplier will be responsible for the clearing the material from the custom department and deliver the same to the university, if applicable.
3. It is mandatory to send quotation in two different sealed envelopes mention “Technical Bid” on one envelops and “Financial Bid” on other along with name of items to be supplied, otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway.
4. Rates quoted must be valid up to 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/ lesser tax), it must be passed on to GADASU.
5. Incomplete bids or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
6. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.
7. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
8. Delivery period of the material must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the university.
9. The quotation shall not contain correction, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
10. The supplier must attach valid authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer/ distributor with the Technical Bid otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway. The supplier has to attach the certificate of quality of poly film along with quotation.
11. The university reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/ all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of item specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
12. All disputes are subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.
