Area of Research Interests

Quantitative genetics, Biometrical genetics, Molecular breeding and Computational biology.

  • My research interest lies with Molecular Breeding, Quantitative Genetics and Biometrical Genetics along with Computational Biology. I have been working on Animal Breeding and Genetics oriented towards improving productive, reproductive, and climatic tolerance traits in cattle and buffaloes. My interest lies in statistical modeling of phenomic data for animal breeding. I am also interested in development and application of artificial intelligence and internet of things for livestock improvement.
