Area of Research Interests

  • Precision nutrient and mineral requirements of dairy animals, equines, and poultry under tropical conditions across different physiological stages, with emphasis on trace elements to enhance bioavailability, metabolic efficiency, immune competence, and productive performance.
  • Exploration of novel feed additives to improve gut health, intestinal integrity, immune modulation, growth performance, and feed efficiency in poultry production systems, and to mitigate enteric methane emissions in the dairy sector.
  • Waste valorisation and exploration of newer unconventional feed resources for sustainable dairy and poultry production.
