Note

Candidates who are resident of Punjab State/ Union Territory of Chandigarh, seeking admission to diploma programme, required to furnish self-declaration (Annexure VII) and Residence Certificate (Annexure A) as applicable as per instructions/guidelines issued from Punjab Government regarding competent authority to issue Residence Certificate at the time of counselling.
Candidates applying for seats reserved for States other than Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh are required to furnish self-declaration (Annexure VII) and Residence Certificate issued from competent authority of respective state at the time of counselling.
Seats remaining vacant under “States other than Punjab"^c at Veterinary Polytechnic, Kaljharani will be filled from self-financed category and vice versa.
Candidates from other states fulfilling the eligibility criteria for admission at College of Veterinary Science, Rampura Phul will be considered against remaining seats for admission under Self finance^b category only after the candidates from Punjab and UT Chandigarh.
University reserves the right to increase or decrease the seats from time to time as deemed fit.
