                        Sealed Quotations are being invited from the authorized experienced, technically and financially sound manufacturer/authorized distributor/dealers/stockiest for the following as per the following Terms and Conditions i.e. GST, FOR etc.:

Specifications for V-top operation table

 
  • One-hand, finger-tip control adjusts side panels from flat to 40º "V" via remote
  • Adjustable height from minimum 450 mm to maximum height 900  mm via remote
  • Center column should be made of heavy aluminum that requires no maintenance and has built in thermal safety features.
  • Table top and base should be made of SS-304, non corrosive heavy Stainless Steel gauge  
  • Table should be electrically heated via sensors fitted underneath the table top with temperature adjustable from 20 to 40 Degrees.
  • Heaters of the tables should be fitted in the base and covered with fiber glass cloth and provided with all safety features to avoid any kind of leakage of current.
  • Tray should be provided underneath the top which should be easily removable for collection of water and waste collection during or after  the surgery
  • Table top should be of approxx size of 20” Width x 55” Length
  • Hi-Low Actuators of the table should be fitted inside the Aluminum column of the table. 
  • Manual Trendelenburg position should be possible for easy cleaning.
  • Bidder must be a manufacturer or and authorized distributor/dealer.
  • In case the bidder is a authorized distributor bid must be accompanied with a proper authorization letter.
  • Bidder or the manufacturer must have experience in supplying similar unit in Government institutes / Medical Colleges & Veterinary Colleges. (Document proof / Order copy must be attached along with the bid).
  • Supplier must fully install the equipment and provide the local post sale service support (Punjab/ Haryana / Chandigarh).

Specifications for Incubator cum Intensive care Unit

 
  • Incubator cum Intensive care Unit must be designed with minimum working dimensions of inner tray  3ft x 2ft x3 ft height.
  • Size should be sufficient for accommodating atleast 10-12 pups.
  • Quoted Brands must be of nationally / internationally reputed brands (Drager/GE/Phoenix/Technomed/NeoKraft)
  • Microprocessor based technology with LCD display of Battery condition, Power mode, Heater power, Skin temperature, Air temperature, Air set temperature, Skin set temperature.
  • Thermistor based skin temperature control with range of 30-38 C ; Temperature Probe Range 19-39 C
  • Adjustable oxygen concentration provided with minimum 4 ports of oxygen ; Oxygen control range 0 to 65% and display range upto 95%; humidity capacity 50-70% provided with humidity pad & Air filters; Centifugal blow air operation for fresh air.
  • Alarm indicators for Air flow, Skin temperature, Sensor failure, Heater failure, Power failure, Low level battery.
  • Should operate both on AC and DC power sources.
  • Memory back up to store working settings in case of power failure.
  • The removable heater and control unit for easy cleaning and Service.
  • Transportable unit should rest on solid support with collapsible stand and shock absorbers; wheels with brakes; animal restraint straps; rack for gas cylinders, inbuilt light source, transparent acrylic double walked hood/canopy for easy access to patient; iris port for ventilator tubing support; provision to mount monitor, fixed with stainless steel IV stand and shelf provision to place medicines.
  • The equipment must carry certificates i.e  European CE/ US FDA/ ISO 9000/ ISO 14000/ ISO 13485-2003 and Electrical safety ISO 13485-2003 certification.
  • Company must have installations of the quoted equipment in leading institutions like GADVASU/ Medical Colleges/ DMC/ CMC/ Fortis/ PGI/ AIIMS/ Apollo etc.
  • Manufacturer must have its registered sales office  and service center in Punjab/ Haryana / Chandigarh.
  • Minimum three years comprehensive warranty.
  • Machine should be delivered, installed and made fully functional without any additional financial liability on the university.

                        The quotations may be sent in the name of “Professor-cum-Head, Department of Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, College of Veterinary Science” and should reach by post or by hand on or before 29-03-2019 till 12:30 PM at the following address :-

Technical Quotation for the supply of V – Top operation Table and Incubator cum Intensive Care Unit

Details about the technical specification of the instrument along with the terms of delivery, installation, warranty, valid authorization, Certificate, details about installation of equipment with compete address along with mobile numbers of users, AMC period alongwith AMC charges, if any, printed catalogue/ literature etc.

Envelop No. 2

Financial Quotation for the supply of V – Top operation Table and Incubator cum Intensive Care Unit

Detail about price along with all charges, including all taxes i.e. GST/CST, FOR, Insurance etc. GST No. must be mentioned.

Note: Financial bid should be in F.O.R. destination basis and should all type of charges including insurance, custom duty against CDEC, clearance and transport charges etc. supplier will be responsible for clearing the consignment from the Custom department and deliver the same to the university, if applicable.

                       The Technical Quotation/Bid will be opened on dated 29-03-2019 at 01:00 pm in the presence of all sub purchase committee members. The financial Quotation/Bid will be opened on the same day of those bidders only who will be qualified in the technical bid.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The University is exempted from the payment of GST as per Notification No.47/2017 Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 14th November, 2017 &/Or Notification No.:10/2018-Integrated Tax (Rate) Dt. 25th January, 2018, &/OR Notification No.45/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14th Nov. 2017 issued by the Govt. of India.
  2. Valid Authorization Letter must attached otherwise the quotation will be rejected straightway.
  3. The rates of the items must be quoted with all the Terms and Conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of Taxes and Charges including Insurance, Custom Duty against Custom.
  4. Supplier will be responsible for clearing the item from the Custom department and deliver the same to the University, if applicable.
  5. Rates quoted must be valid up to 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
  6.  The University is exempted from the payment of Excise Duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing ED Exemption Certificate.
  7. The University will pay only Basic Custom Duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate.
  8. Incomplete quotations, without Brand name or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
  9. University does not take any responsibility for any Postal delay in delivery by Registered/Speed Post or lost in transit of the Quotation.
  10. Conditional and un-signed quotation will not be accepted.
  11. Delivery period of the items must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.
  12. The Quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
  13. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
  14. Above mentioned Quantities are tentative and can be increased/decreased to any extent or can be totally omitted according to sanctioned amount and the firm will have no claim on this account.
  15. If the date of opening of quotations is declared as Public Holiday then the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The Terms and Conditions will remain the same.
  16. The standing committee will open quotation of only those firms whose quotation is found to be in order.
  17. On the basis of performance of the distributors/firms/agencies (i.e Quality of material supply, timely delivery of material etc. ) the standing committee reserves the rights to reject any or all quotations.
  18. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.
  19. Distributor / dealers debarred by GADVASU (intimated through Memo No.:CVU/PC/2015-16/2394-2443 dated 21-8-2015) are not eligible to quote.
  20. Any detail regarding the item/material can be obtained from office of the “Professor-cum-Head, Department of Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU, Ludhiana.
