                     Sealed Quotations are being invited from the experienced and technically sound firms for the Annual Maintenance Contract of milk pouch filling machine.

Proposed last date for submission of quotation: on or before 07-12-2020 till 12:00 p.m., quotations will be opened same day at 2:30 p.m.

Terms and Conditions for AMC:- Every day one Technician or Operator of the firm will operate the Pouch Filling Machine. All necessary repairs will be done by the firm time to time. The required spares, if any during the contract period will be provided by the department. A qualified Engineer of concerned firm shall visit the college once in a month and submit the report that the machine is in working condition and needs no repair The payment will be made on monthly basis through cheques. The payment will be made only for those days when the machine is actually running and milk is filled in pouches No payment will be made in any case when the machine is not running for any reason. About 2000 liters of milk will be packed in pouches daily. The contract will be for one year from the date of start. The college can terminate the contract with one month notice. The relevant firm can also leave the contract giving two month notice.

                      The quotation must be sent in the name of “Dean, College of Dairy Science and Technology”.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Interested firms are requested to submit their rates (per month including taxes) for the work in sealed envelope.
2. Name of work must be mentioned on the sealed envelope.
3. Incomplete quotations or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
4. If the date of opening the quotations is declared as Public Holiday than the quotations will be opened on next working day on the same time, terms & conditions.
