Quotation Notice

Purchase Notice No.: COVS/RP/2021/1994                                                                
Dated: 24.03.2021

Quotations are invited in sealed envelopes from the experienced, technically and financially sound manufacturer/firms for the supply of Lamination Machine and Washing Machine as per the following full specification with terms & conditions i.e. GST/CST, FOR, etc.

Product/Equipment	Qty.
Lamination Machine: Pouch type, Paper Type A-3, Metal Body, lamination film thickness-250 microns	1 no.
Washing Machine: Front load, Add wash, 5 star rating, steam wash, 1400 rpm, in built heater, top model with Hygienic wash.	1 no.

The quotations may be sent in the name of “Dean, College of Veterinary Science, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Rampura Phul” and should reach by post or by hand on or before 27.03.2021 (upto 10:30 am).Quotations/bid will be opened on 27.03.2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Terms & Conditions:

1. GST no. and HSN code must be mentioned on the quotation and the university is exempted from the payment of GST as per notification no.47/2017-integrated Tax rate and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing GST exemption certificate.

2. The rates of the equipments/items must be quoted strictly according to the full Specifications/Configuration as per requirement along with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR Dean CoVS Rampura Phul destination basis and should include all types of taxes and charges including insurance, custom duty against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate, clearance and transport charges etc.
3. Supplier will be responsible for clearing the equipment/item from the custom department and deliver the same to the Dean CoVS, Rampur Phul.
4. Rates quoted must be valid upto 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
5. The University is exempted from the payment of excise duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing ED Exemption Certificate.
6. The University will pay only Basic Custom Duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate.
7. Incomplete bids, without brand name or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
8. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.
9. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
10. Delivery period of the items must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.
11. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
12. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
13. If the date of opening of quotations is declared as Public holiday then the quotation will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The term & conditions will remain the same.
14. The standing committee will open quotation of only those firms whose quotation is found to be in order.
15. On the basis of performance of the distributors/firms/agencies, (i.e. quality of material supply, timely delivery of material etc) the standing committee reserves the rights to reject any or all quotations.
16. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.
17. Any detail regarding the item/material  can be obtained from office of the Dean CoVS, Rampura Phul .
