AUCTION NOTICE

            The Condemned/ unserviceable store articles/Empty Plastic Bags/wool pertaining to this office will be auctioned publically on 09.04.2021 (Friday) at 11:00 a.m. in the Rabbit Farm, GADVASU, Ludhiana as per following terms and conditions. The interested persons are requested to attend the auction and bid.

Terms and conditions:

1. The material will be sold to the highest bidder.
2. The full amount will be recovered from him at the fall of hammer.  He will be required to remove the auctioned material within one day at his own cost.
3. The committee reserves the rights to reject any bid without assigning any reason.
4. The material can be auctioned in single or in group.
5. Other terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction.
6. All the bidders will have to deposit a refundable security of Rs. 3,000/-. In case the highest bidder fails to deposit the full amount, his security will be forfeited.
