Quotations are invited in sealed envelopes from the experienced, technically and financially sound manufacturer/firms, sole authorized distributor/dealers for the complete audio system & stage lighting i.e speakers, amplifications mixer, wireless mic and flood light etc. of Silver Jubilee Auditorium as per the following Terms & Conditions i.e. GST, FOR, etc.

The quotations in the name of "Director of Clinics, Department of Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary Sciences, University, Ludhiana" should reach by post or by hand on or before 11-11-2021 till 11:00 am at following address:

Quotations shall be opened on 11.11.2021 at 11:30 am in presence of committee.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The quotation must be submitted in two (separate) sealed envelopes. These envelops should contain the, ‘Technical quotation’ on the face of first and ‘Financial Quotation’ on face of second envelops.

Envelope No. 1(Technical Quotation):- The details about the technical specification of audio system & stage lighting i.e speakers, amplifications mixer, wireless mic and flood light etc. along with the terms of delivery, installation, warranty, valid authorization certificate.

Envelope No. 2(Financial Quotation):- The details about price of audio system & stage lighting i.e speakers, amplifications mixer, wireless mic and flood light etc. along with all terms conditions.

2. The rates of the items must be quoted strictly according to the full specifications/Configuration as per requirement along with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes and charges including insurance, custom duty against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate, clearance and transport charges etc.
3. Supplier will be responsible for clearing the item from the custom department and deliver the same to the University if applicable.
4. It is mandatory to send quotations in sealed envelope along with the name of the item to be supplied and with GST number, otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway.
5. Rates quoted must be valid upto 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
6. The University is exempted from the payment of excise duty/custom duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing ED/CD Exemption Certificate.
7. The University will pay only basic custom duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing against custom duty exemption certificate.
8. Incomplete quotations, without brand name or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
9. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation Valid GST number and HSN code of product must be mentioned on quotation (if applicable).
10.  Security @ 10 % should be submitted by the supplier at the time of purchase order and the same should 

        be released after 3 months of satisfactory completion of the work.

11. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
12. The payment will be made after deducting TDS as per GST/Govt. rules as applicable.
13. The supplier will have to complete the supply and installation of audio system within one week from receiving of purchase order otherwise security amount will be forfeited no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.
14. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
15. Must attach valid authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway.
16. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
17. Above mentioned Quantities are tentative and can be increased/ decreased to any extent or can be totally omitted according to sanctioned amount & the firm will have no claim on this account.
18. If the date of opening of quotations is declared as Public Holiday then the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The terms & conditions will remain the same.
19. The standing committee will open quotation of only those firms whose quotation is found to be in order.
20. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.
21. Any detail regarding the item/material can be obtained from office of the “Directors of Clinics, Deptt. of Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, GADVASU , Ludhiana".
