Quotations are invited from the experienced, technically and financially sound manufacturer/ distributor/dealers/stockiest for the supply Multipara Monitor as per the following Terms & Conditions i.e. Sale Tax/VAT/CST, GST, FOR, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS OF VETERINARY MONITOR

• Must have a screen size of minimum 10.4-inch colour TFT Touch LED display
• Should be able to display minimum 6 wave forms  waveforms with auto channel height adjustment function
• Should be equipped with FAST SPO2  technology handling both  anti-motion and low perfusion performance OR Massimo ( Documents must be clearly provided for the same)
• 21 calls arrhythmia and ST segment analysis from market-proven ST/AR algorithm
• Should be equipped with microstream  etCO2    monitoring technology .Micro Stream ETCo2 should be from Oridian
• Machine should be able to be operated both on Full Touch Screen  & Trim Knob
• Machine must have OxyCRG/dynamic trend display
• Monitor to Monitor overview function without central monitoring system
• Bi-directional communication via LAN networking to central monitoring system
• Standard HL7 output
• Should be equipped with Fanless technology to avoid cross contamination 
• Should be provided with dedicated veterinary supplies i.e SPO2 cable , ECG Cable , NIBP Cuffs & temperature cables
• Must have li-Ion battery
• Applications from small animal to adult
• Must have minimum  4 user-defined profiles and timer to help improve clinicians’ efficiency
• Machine must have quality certifications European CE with four digit notified body  & ISO etc
• Machine must be from some international renowned supplier with having its registered office in India & having installations in reputed institutes like AIIMS , PGI , DMCH  , FORTIS (Order copies must be attached along with the document)
• Company must have its dedicated service engg. in Ludhiana

The technical and financial quotations separately in the name of "Head, Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary Sciences, University, Ludhiana" should reach by post or by hand on or before 21.3.2022 till 11:00 am at following address:

Quotations will be opened on 21.3.2022 at 11:30 am in presence of committee.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The University is exempted from the payment of GST as per Notification no.47/2017- Integrated Tax (rate) and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing GST Exemption Certificate.

2. Valid GST number and HSN code of product must be mentioned on quotation (if applicable).

3. Must attach valid authorization certificate..

4. The rates of the items must be quoted with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes and charges including insurance, custom duty against Custom Duty Exemption Certificate, clearance and transport charges etc.

5, Supplier will be responsible for clearing the item from the custom department and deliver the same to the University if applicable.

6. Rates quoted must be valid upto 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.

7. The University is exempted from the payment of excise duty/custom duty and the exemption, wherever applicable, will be availed by providing ED/CD Exemption Certificate.

8. Incomplete quotations, without brand name or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.

9. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.

10. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.

11. Delivery period of the items must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.

12. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.

13. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.

14. Above mentioned Quantities are tentative and can be increased/ decreased to any extent or can be totally omitted according to sanctioned amount & the firm will have no claim on this account.

15. If the date of opening of quotations is declared as Public Holiday then the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The terms & conditions will remain the same.

16. The standing committee will open quotation of only those firms whose quotation is found to be in order.

17. On the basis of performance of the distributors/firms/agencies, (i.e. quality of material supply, timely delivery of material etc.) the standing committee reserves the rights to reject any or all quotations.

18. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.

19. The financial bid of company will be opened only of its technical bid is found to be in order.

20. Any detail regarding the item/material can be obtained from office of the "Head, Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, GADVASU, Ludhiana".
