Auction Notice
The unserviceable store articles as per list attached, declared as surplus and condemned will be auctioned at Department of Live Stock Products Technology, GADVASU, Ludhiana on 23.01.2018 at 11:30 AM. The interested persons are requested to attend the auction and bid for the same. The material will be displayed.
Terms & Conditions
1. The material will be sold to the highest bidder.
2. The amount will be recovered from him at the fall of hammer. He will be required to remove the auction material at his own cost.
3. The committee reserve the rights to reject any bid without assigning any reason.
4. The material can be auctioned in single or in group/lots.
5. Other terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction.
6.All the bidders will have to deposit a refundable security of Rs.500/- only. In case the highest bidder fails to deposit the full amount, his security amount will be forfeited.
