Please submit the sealed quotations for purchase and installation of 32 SMF batteries of 12V- 26Ah of make Quanta with 24 months warranty in the name of the: University Librarian, GADVASU, Ludhiana as per following specification:

The quotations may be sent in the name of "The University Librarian, GADVASU, Ludhiana” and should reach by Post or by hand on or before 18-11-2019 up to 1:00 pm at the following address:

Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana-141004.                      

Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid GST number and HSN code of product must be mentioned on quotation.
2. Incomplete bids or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
3. Conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
4. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
5. The rates of the equipment/items must be quoted strictly according to the full Specifications/Configuration as per requirement along with all the terms & conditions and must be FOR GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes and transport charges etc.
6. Rates quoted must be valid for 1 month. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
7. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.
8. In case a holiday is declared on the last date for submission of quotations, the next working day will be the last day to submit the quotations.
9. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
10. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Ludhiana District Courts.
