Quotation Notice

Quotations in sealed envelopes are invited from the authorized firms for making a module of 2D character animation with following specifications:

01.	To develop Module of 2D info graphic/ character animation and motion graphics and showcase it in a visually appealing manner using photographs, text and graphics to enhance the impact	Upto8 minutes duration

The sealed quotations must reach in the office of undersigned latest by 3:00pm on 13.01.2020. Quotations should be in the favour of Director, Livestock Farms, GADVASU, Ludhiana. Quotations shall be opened on 13.01.2020 at 03:30pm.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The firm should have atleast 6-7 years of work experience in film making.
2. The firm should have an experience of working with govt., semi govt. and private entities.
3. The firm should have completed atleast two animation films projects for any of the govt. department/funding agency.
4. The objective of making module should be clearly depicted in animation/graphics.
5. The animation to be used for depicting message should be clear, neat and simple.
6. The payment will be made after successful submission of module to the satisfaction of   sub purchase committee constituted for the purpose.
7.  The decision of sub purchase committee will be full and final.
8. Any detail regarding the module can be obtained from office of the Director, Livestock Farms, GADVASU, Ludhiana".
