Quotations are invited in sealed envelopes from the experienced, technically agencies developed for the IDP GADVASU Website as per the following terms & conditions:

The quotations may be sent in the name of “PI-IDP & Dean, COVS, GADVASU, Ludhiana”.

The quotation must reach by post or by hand on or before 11-01-2021 (upto 10:30 am)on the following address:

“PI-IDP & Dean, College of Veterinary Science, GADVASU, Ludhiana.”

The quotations will be opened on 11-01-2021 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of all sub purchase committee members.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The rates of the item must be quoted strictly according to the full Specifications/Configuration as per requirement along with all the terms & conditions and must be for GADVASU, Ludhiana destination basis and should include all types of taxes.
2. It is mandatory to send quotations in sealed envelope along with name of items to be supplied and with GST number, otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway.
3. Rates quoted must be valid upto 2-3 months. In case prices slash down or any other benefit (in form of lesser price/lesser tax/foreign exchange rate etc.) it must be passed on to GADVASU.
4. Incomplete quotations or received after due date/time shall be rejected forthwith.
5. University does not take any responsibility for any postal delay in delivery by Registered/ Speed Post or lost in transit of the quotation.
6. The conditional and unsigned quotation will not be accepted.
7. Delivery/completion period/ Installation time of the item must also be intimated clearly in the quotations, no further correspondence in this regard will be communicated by the University.
8. The quotation shall not contain corrections, erasers and overwriting, it will result in rejection of quotation straightway.
9. Must attach valid authorization certificate or any other required certificate, (if any) otherwise quotation will be rejected straightway.
10. The University reserves all the rights to accept or reject any/all quotation(s) and to increase or decrease quantity or configuration of items specified without specifying any reason. No correspondence will be made on this matter.
11. VAT/TIN/CST no. must be mentioned on the quotation otherwise quotation shall be rejected.
12. If the date of opening the quotations is declared as Public Holiday then the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time, terms & conditions.
