The department of dairy technology has best
research laboratories (09) equipped with high end sophisticated
analytical/ processing instruments to meet out the requirements for teaching
and to conduct the practical classes, research & development in the area of value addition of
milk and milk products, new products/ functional foods development and
characterization, nanotechnology, dried milk products, by-products utilization,
cheese and fermented dairy products, membrane technology, traditional dairy
products, etc.

in both academics and research. Alumni from Department are serving as
