field of osteology, myology, angiology, neurology, splanchnology,
histology and embryology. Preparation of notes, presentations and
manuals for UG and PG teaching. Recently developed animation and sketch based teaching aid for veterinary Anatomy under the extramural research project from Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
Visited Western college of Veterinary Medicine, University of Sasketchwan, Saskatoon, Canada for three months (August-November 2015) and worked on xenografting of testes in nude mice model.
Area of Research Interests
Conducting research in the field of reproductive biology of buffalo.
Experiments involving Histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical,
histoenzymic and Ultrastructural studies on female genitalia of buffalo
are being conducted to characterise the female genitalia of buffalo
during different phases of cycle and during prenatal life. Immunohistochemical studies on ER and PR in female genitalia of buffalo. Immunohistochemical studies on follicular atresia in buffaloes. Spermatogonial stem cell dynamics in buffaloes. Nuclear maturation and lipid dynamics in oocytes during in-vitro maturation in buffaloes.
