Involved in under- graduate and post- graduate teaching in various courses regarding surgery, radiology, ultrasonography, anesthesiology etc.

Area of Research Interests

Diagnostic imaging, anaesthesia and surgery in small and large animals. Compared the accuracy and sensitivity of radiography and ultrasonography in diagnosing abdominal affections in dogs, specially conditions of liver, spleen, uterus, kidneys, urinary bladder, prostate gland and testis. Continuing studies on sensitivity of Doppler ultrasonography in renal disorders. Evaluated the role of oxidative and surgical stress in major surgeries viz, diaphragmatic hernirrhaphy and formulate prognostic factors for the same.
